Medieval Worlds (C051)

GEC Coordinator: Mark Tizzoni

An interdisciplinary exploration of the medieval world that embraces the frameworks of a Global Middle Ages, examining Africa, Asia, Europe, and beyond from roughly 300-1600 CE.

Complete four courses designated with the (C051) GEC attribute, one of which may be a short term.

One non-Bates credit may be applied toward the concentration if judged suitable by the concentration coordinator and with prior approval. For students majoring in Classical and Medieval Studies, only one course may be double-counted between the major and the concentration.
