The goal of this concentration is to encourage students to think in an interdisciplinary and intersectional manner about the construction of racial, ethnic, gender, class, and other identities in social, cultural, political, and historical contexts.
Complete any four courses designated with the (C037) GEC attribute. One non-Bates course may be applied toward the concentration if judged suitable by the concentration coordinator and with prior approval. One short term course may be applied to the GEC.
