Dance (C011)

Focusing on dance as a performing art form, the concentration considers the practice of the art, its production, and an understanding of its cultural context.
Complete four total credits earned from full-credit dance courses or cross-listed; 0.5 credits from any section of DANC 270 Studio Studio courses or Dance Program Short Term course(s); and/or courses designated with the (C011) GEC attribute. One approved co-curricular component may be substituted for up to one required credit (e.g. student dance club activity, choreographer on a theater production, etc.) This concentration is not open to students who have declared a dance major, minor, or C027 (The Human Body).
