Asian Art and Literature (C033)

This concentration focuses on Asian literatures and visual cultures.
Complete any four courses designated with the (C033) GEC attribute, with no more than two courses from any one subject designation. One non-Bates credit may be applied toward the concentration with prior approval by the concentration coordinator. Not open to students who have declared a major or minor in Asian Studies or who have declared the following general education concentrations: Japanese Society and Literature (C046), Chinese Society and Culture (C047), or Asian Narrative Traditions (C052).
